Leonardo Flores. Full-stack developer, 10 years in tech. Started in infrastructure, moved to development.

Today I'm the only engineer at a retail company. I built their POS, the dashboards the owners use every day, and the software that runs their factory, including a Rust desktop app that prints RFID tags. Four systems in production in my first six months there.

## about

I'm Leonardo Flores, a full-stack developer in São Paulo. I've been in tech for 10 years, and my career is one loop repeated: take manual work, turn it into software, document it, hand it off. At QuintoAndar that took me from the help desk to owning identity for 2,000+ people — the internal platforms I ran alone later needed a team of five to replace me.

Today I'm the only engineer at a retail company. I built their point of sale — it processed R$513K across 3,404 orders in a three-day event — the dashboards the owners check every day, and the systems that run their factory, used daily by about 30 operators. Everything runs on AWS and deploys through CI with no stored keys. Four systems in production in my first six months.
